June 09, 2008 - Random Conflict to play Dixie Derby afterparty with Social Treason at The Bencwarmer; details are that this is a FREE show, but not because it's listed as FREE with the venue, just that there's nobody taking money. Ages 18-and UP.

May 08, 2008 - Random Conflict is now a sponsor of the Dixie Derby Girls of Huntsville, AL. If you have the chance to see them play in Huntsville or surrounding cities, and even as far as Inianapolis, you should! It's the most action you'll see on skates and the greatest level of competition when you put two women's derby teams head-to-head and let them beat it out of each other! Go to www.dixiederbygirls.com for more information and to show your support.

May 05, 2008 - Random Conflict is on iTunes! $0.99 per song, or $9.99 per album! More sites to come, such as Amazon.com.

April 29, 2008 - Random Conflict is slated to record new versions of ten or more old songs from pre 1995. Expect release by Fall 2008. Also to come is a new EP, and an anthology disc of nearly every old recording released.

Bill Conflict: Guitar, Vocals
DJ: Drums
Brain Conflict: Bass, Vocals

Based out of Huntsville, AL, Random Conflict was founded in 1988 with two original members celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band's existence.  Lineup changes have occurred from both bassists and drummers over the years, but in 1996 came to see the defintive current lineup, regaining DJ on drums, that exudes the latest sound of what others have deemed one of, if not the longest running hard-core punk band in the state.  Bassist Brain C. joined up in 1996.

Currently in the process of working up nearly all of the oldest and original material, RC plans to release two CDs soon, one containing old music that celebrates the 20th year in the RC excuse, and the another that will include only new tracks.  Uncertainty is the nearest future, but thus far it seems that this band simply won’t fade away----or won’t simply fade away.

Previous raw releases have seen the light of day dating back to the earliest years, from CDs, 7” and cassettes, but the most accessible material that is available are the 1999 Full-Length release on CD, entitled, New World Order, and another long-overdue 2002 release (which wasn’t officially released until 2007) entitled, Annihiltion Generation.  This more recent music is available on many downloadable distributions, such as iTunes, Amazon, Real, and MP3.com, but you can hear the music also on MySpace, as well.

Random Conflict has played shows honoring acts such as Marky Ramone and the Intruders, Anti-Flag, the Teen Idols, Javachrist, Parasites, Bobby Steele (older Misfits), Conflict, The Exploited, Daikaiju, The Unseen, The Eyeliners, and tons more over the last 1,000+ shows.
